International orders
Orders are shipped worldwide from Gran Canaria (Spain). All orders are sent flat as a large letter or small parcel with the Correos Spain service.
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your order weight.
Payment currency
Lunaticgumis doesn’t allow to run this store in various currencies at this date. All prices will be shown in the local currency, the Euro €
Shipping delays
Below is an estimation of the shipping delays :
- Spain: 3 to 20 business day
- Europe : 15 to 45 business days
- Australia, USA & Canada : 18 to 60 business days
- South America : 18 – 60 business days
- Other countries: 15 to 70 business days
Please note these times are estimates, everything can vary depending on the weather, customs controls, or how each post office manages the shipments and deliveries, I am not responsible for this since once I send the package, I no longer have control over it
Tracking number
At the check out of your purchase you can choose if you want your shipment with tracking number or not.
Some countries do not offer tracking services for Spanish codes through their website, but that does not mean that tracking is useless, in any case, if the tracking number does not update or gives an error, please go to your post office and ask that you review your tracking number in the system so that they give you the information of your package.
ATT: Buyers living in a country where they aware postal services aren’t reliable are advised to request a tracking number for the safety of their package! Once I mail the package it is out of my responsibility if it gets lost by the postal system of their country.
Returns
Damaged goods during transit will not be refunded or replaced. If your order gets lost in the mail and you didn’t request a tracking number, there’s no way for me to find it. I can’t take responsibility for the postal services of your country, if they lose or damage your parcel please contact them.
